Our Story
Our founder Dana has been in the food industry his entire life. Working as a chef through high school and on small farms, he learned the importance of ingredient driven menus. Honing his skills through our Spain, Italy, and France in 3 star Michelin restaurants, and learning how broth is the foundation of any cuisine; we believe we’ve created the highest quality bone broth available.
